Chad Bringman
Executive Director / President
Chad Bringman is currently the Executive Director of the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Ohio (RMHC) and has since April 2007. He has influenced a dynamic and hardworking team of professionals through many great opportunities for RMHC and the Northwest Ohio community – including the building of the new Ronald McDonald House in Toledo. This new facility replaced the original House which opened for families December 9, 2015 and now serves hundreds of additional families each year. The original facility opened December 9, 1982. Chad is a self-proclaimed student when it comes to topics such as: leadership, strategy development and execution, communication – ultimately culture development that drives results. In his free time Chad loves time with his family including travel.

Wendy Bejaige
Director of Operations
Wendy Bejaige is the Director of Program Services for the Northwest Ohio Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). She has been serving in this capacity since December 2020.
Wendy has over 20 years’ experience in not-for-profit organizations and leadership. Her primary area of expertise and focus has been within organizations providing support and services to people with developmental disabilities.
As Wendy has transitioned to this new area of interest, she remains committed to lend her leadership to the RMHC Vision and Mission of RMHC in a manner that promotes and supports access to health care for all.
She believes in creating a culture where all stakeholders are assured to have a positive experience. She takes pride in leading and mentoring. Wendy strives to create an environment where members of the team both/and teams can work effectively and efficiently. Her goal is to support employees and teams in a manner that allows all to achieve their greatest potential.
When not dedicated to her organization, Wendy enjoys time with her family, friends, and two dogs. She takes pride in raising two outstanding daughters. She finds peace and opportunity for growth by reading a good book. Finally, it is important for her to stay physically active in life.

Michelle Kravetsky
Director of Development
Michelle Kravetsky has served as the Development Director for RMHC of Northwest Ohio since 2018 and has worked in fundraising for 20+ years.
She believes every day at RMHC is a wonderful experience and she has always enjoyed non-profit work. She also taught and was an administrator in private schools for 13 years.
Michelle was drawn to RMHC because of its mission to help children. Her passion lies in doing anything to advance the lives of children and people with development disabilities.
Michelle and her husband have two adult children–their daughter is studying for her Ph.D. in Child Psychology and their son is approaching his second year of marriage. She considers herself fortunate that both of our children live in the area.

Kayleen Jurski
Development Coordinator
Kayleen Jurski is the Development Coordinator for RMHC of Northwest Ohio. She has been with the House since 2018, where she started as an intern, then a Family Service Member, then the Event and Volunteer coordinator, and finally the Development Coordinator.
She is most proud of getting to know many parts of the House and the operation. After working her way throughout the family services side, she is now learning the fundraising side.
In her free time, Kayleen spends a lot of times with friends and family. She also loves to travel, especially to attend country music concerts.

Robin Miller
Accountant
Robin Miller is the Accountant at the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Ohio. She has been in this position since 2019. She has implemented policies and procedures to help streamline the financial position of RMHC. She has been transparent and has encouraged other staff members to learn and understand what part accounting plays in the mission of RMHC.
Robin is a person always willing to lend a helping hand. If she sees someone in need she does not hesitate to reach out. Robin’s interest in RMHC stems back to her son. Because of a medical issue with him as a baby she stayed at a Ronald McDonald House. She was very impressed with the care and compassion that was given to her family at a time of sorrow and confusion. When the opportunity to “give back” arose in the form of a job at RMHC she did not hesitate to jump on board. In her free time Robin loves living life with family and friends.

Adam Simpson
Communications and Marketing Coordinator
Adam Simpson is currently the Communications and Marketing Coordinator of the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Ohio (RMHC) and has been since September 2021. Prior to joining our staff, Adam spent 10+ years working in college athletics at the University of Toledo.
In Adam’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his fiancée and family, golfing with friends and cheering on the Toledo Rockets.
Adam’s favorite memory of the Ronald McDonald House is a tie between building the playground when he was in undergrad and cooking breakfast every Christmas morning with his family.

Traci Sturdavant
HR/Administrative Coordinator
Traci Sturdavant is currently the HR/Operations Coordinator of the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Ohio (RMHC) and has been since January 2019. Prior to her time with RMHC, Traci was a Human Resource Manager for Lowe’s and an HR Business Partner for Giant Eagle. She enjoys and thrives from the different “hats” that working in HR requires on a daily basis and that no two days are the same.
Traci wanted to make in impact with her work and give back to the community. Being at RMHC she feels at home. In her free time, Traci enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling with her husband.

Diamond Atkins

Carol Bublick
Carol Bublick works as a Family Services Manager. She has been with the House since 2003. Her favorite thing about her job is talking to the families who stay with us. In her free time, Carol enjoys quilting and bird watching.

Diana Chatman
Diana works as a Family Service Manager for RMHC. She has been with the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Ohio since 2005.
Diana’s favorite thing about her job is the interaction with the families, making them feel comfortable and welcomed.
In her free time, Diana enjoys spending time with her family. She loves to travel and play golf.

Shelby Feeney
Shelby Feeney works as a Family Services Manager. She has been with the House since 2021. Her favorite things about her job is meeting the families and playing with the kids. In her free time, Shelby enjoys going on adventures and hanging out with friends.

Francesca Gunn
Fran Gunn works as a Family Services Manager. She has been with the House since 2019. Her favorite thing about her job is making things as easy and stress-free as possible for our families. In her free time, Fran enjoys spending time with the “grandlittles,” reading, and various DIY crafting projects.

Jackie Lawrence-Harper works as a Family Services Manager and has been with the House since 2022.

Pearl Patterson
Pearl Patterson works as a Family Services Manager. She has been with the House since 2015. Her favorite thing about her job is getting to work with so many different families. In her free time, Pearl enjoys interior decorating and arranging flowers.
