In his free time Chad loves time with his family including travel.
Director of Program Services
Wendy Bejaige is the Director of Program Services for the Northwest Ohio Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). She has been serving in this capacity since December 2020.
Wendy has over 20 years’ experience in not-for-profit organizations and leadership. Her primary area of expertise and focus has been within organizations providing support and services to people with developmental disabilities.
As Wendy has transitioned to this new area of interest, she remains committed to lend her leadership to the RMHC Vision and Mission of RMHC in a manner that promotes and supports access to health care for all.
She believes in creating a culture where all stakeholders are assured to have a positive experience. She takes pride in leading and mentoring. Wendy strives to create an environment where members of the team both/and teams can work effectively and efficiently. Her goal is to support employees and teams in a manner that allows all to achieve their greatest potential.
When not dedicated to her organization, Wendy enjoys time with her family, friends, and two dogs. She takes pride in raising two outstanding daughters. She finds peace and opportunity for growth by reading a good book. Finally, it is important for her to stay physically active in life.
Director of Development
Michelle Kravetsky has served as the Development Director for RMHC of Northwest Ohio since 2018 and has worked in fundraising for 20+ years.
She believes every day at RMHC is a wonderful experience and she has always enjoyed non-profit work. She also taught and was an administrator in private schools for 13 years.
Michelle was drawn to RMHC because of its mission to help children. Her passion lies in doing anything to advance the lives of children and people with development disabilities.
Michelle and her husband have two adult children–their daughter is studying for her Ph.D. in Child Psychology and their son is approaching his second year of marriage. She considers herself fortunate that both of our children live in the area.
Kayleen Jurski is the Development Coordinator for RMHC of Northwest Ohio. She has been with the House since 2018, where she started as an intern, then a Family Service Member, then the Event and Volunteer coordinator, and finally the Development Coordinator.
She is most proud of getting to know many parts of the House and the operation. After working her way throughout the family services side, she is now learning the fundraising side.
In her free time, Kayleen spends a lot of times with friends and family. She also loves to travel, especially to attend country music concerts.
Julie Kurtz is the Executive Assistant of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Ohio (RMHC) and has been working for the organization since May 2009. Before becoming a part of the staff, Julie and her husband volunteered their time to further the organizations mission. She enjoys being part of a team of staff, generous volunteers and supporters from our community, dedicated to helping those families needing our services.
After over 20 years in the engineering field, Julie’s core values led her to seek out an opportunity to “make a difference” and compassionately help others. She found that the Ronald McDonald House filled that need perfectly. When not working, Julie enjoys passing time by painting, travelling and hiking.
Communications and Marketing Coordinator
Jason Webber serves as Communications and Marketing Coordinator of Ronald McDonald House of NW Ohio (RMHC). He has been a staff member since 2019 and his key role is to keep the world informed of the RMHC mission and highlighting the great work we do for the families who stay with us. Jason holds a degree in Journalism from Wayne State University, and previously worked as editor of Toledo City Paper, speechwriter to two Ohio mayors, and a publicist in the music industry. He is also a writer who recently published his first book to critical acclaim. In his free time, he enjoys studying arts and humanities, writing, and spending time with his daughter Kathleen.
Robin Miller is the Accountant at the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Ohio. She has been in this position since 2019. She has implemented policies and procedures to help streamline the financial position of RMHC. She has been transparent and has encouraged other staff members to learn and understand what part accounting plays in the mission of RMHC.
Robin is a person always willing to lend a helping hand. If she sees someone in need she does not hesitate to reach out. Robin’s interest in RMHC stems back to her son. Because of a medical issue with him as a baby she stayed at a Ronald McDonald House. She was very impressed with the care and compassion that was given to her family at a time of sorrow and confusion. When the opportunity to “give back” arose in the form of a job at RMHC she did not hesitate to jump on board. In her free time Robin loves living life with family and friends.
